Arkport artist Jay Pullman welcomes you to his online gallery. Most of his paintings are original oils, but he also has some watercolors, charcoal drawings, prints and note cards.  Jay’s subject matter is diverse, including scenes from Provence, the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes, flowers, landscapes, portraits, and Civil War subjects inspired by members of the 21st Georgia. . If you don't find what you are looking for, let us know--we may be able to create the piece of artwork you are looking for. We also offer gift certificates, which may be used for originals, prints, or note cards.

Our preference is to have you view actual paintings either at our home studio or at an exhibit, but we have had professional scans of some of Jay’s work to display on our online gallery. Some of these images have been reproduced on 5 x 7 note cards, which are offered for sale at Berry Vine Creations in Arkport and at the Canacadea Country Store in Alfred Station. Jay participated in the first Steuben County artists’ trail, “Arts in Bloom,” April 27 and 28, 2013. Over a hundred visitors stopped in to see Jay’s work. We expect to participate in next year’s trail, planned for the last weekend in April of 2014.

Jay is participating in the Finger Lakes Plein Air Competition and Festival at Canandaigua, NY June 5th-9th, 2013. This will culminate in a show/sale at the Sonnenberg Garden Carriage House on Saturday evening (ticket required) and Sunday afternoon (free to public). 

Jay’s next exhibit will be at Hornell’s Steuben Trust Bank in November of 2013.
